We are partnering with a prestigious global finance house based in the heart of Mayfair to find an exceptional Receptionist to join their high-performing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a polished, client-facing professional who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment and understands the importance of delivering a true 5-star hospitality experience.

Working from beautifully designed offices, you will be the face of the business, ensuring every client, guest, and internal stakeholder receives a seamless and professional experience from the moment they arrive.

The Role

This is a varied front-of-house position combining traditional reception responsibilities with elements of office management and light Executive Assistant support. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the smooth day-to-day running of the office while representing the business to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and discretion
  • Managing a busy reception desk and maintaining an immaculate front-of-house environment
  • Coordinating meeting rooms and ensuring all spaces are set up to exceptional standards
  • Organising refreshments and liaising with catering suppliers for meetings and events
  • Setting up video conferencing and supporting smooth meeting operations
  • Booking taxis, couriers, and handling visitor logistics
  • Assisting with general office management duties and supporting the wider team
  • Providing light EA support including diary coordination and ad hoc administrative assistance
  • Acting as a key point of contact for all front-of-house and office-related queries

  • A strong understanding of 5-star hospitality and exceptional client service
  • Highly polished, personable, and confident communication skills

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
