The role will involve:
- Proactively contacting landlords, property managers and building owners across the UK
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Managing outreach campaigns and ongoing stakeholder engagement activity
- Securing consents for building and meter room upgrades through effective communication and relationship management
- Handling objections professionally and confidently whilst guiding stakeholders through the process
- Managing follow-ups, engagement activity and accurate record keeping through the CRM system
- Working closely with internal project and customer engagement teams to support successful delivery
- Providing regular reporting and updates against targets and engagement activity
They are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience within customer engagement, telesales, property, account management or stakeholder-focused roles
- Is confident communicating over the phone and building rapport quickly
- Has a proactive, resilient and self‑motivated approach
- Enjoys working towards targets and achieving results
- Is highly organised and able to manage multiple conversations and priorities simultaneously
- Has strong attention to detail and is comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Previous exposure to property, utilities, energy or customer‑facing sectors would be advantageous but is not essential.
