Team Executive Assistant
West End, London | £45,000–£50,000 | Temp-to-Perm | 4 Days in the Office | 7:30am–5:00pm
We’re partnering with a highly regarded global investment firm to appoint a Team Executive Assistant to join its London office.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone at the earlier stages of their Executive Assistant career who is ambitious, capable and keen to develop within a high-performing financial services environment.
Supporting a senior leadership group including the Head of Technology, Chief Operating Officer and HR Director, you’ll gain broad exposure across the business whilst learning from an experienced and collaborative Executive Assistant team.
You’ll also work closely with the Executive Assistant to the CEO, providing cover and additional support when required. It’s a role that will give you exposure to senior leadership from the outset, but importantly, you’ll have an established EA team around you to learn from as your experience develops.
The pace is fast, the standards are high and they’re looking for someone who wants to get involved, take ownership and build a long-term career in Executive Support.
The Role
- Provide day-to-day Executive Assistant support to a group of senior leaders, including the Head of Technology, COO and HR Director.
- Manage busy diaries, coordinate meetings and ensure changing priorities remain organised.
- Arrange UK and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transfers and detailed itineraries.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
- Work closely with the Executive Assistant to the CEO, providing holiday cover and additional support when required.
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations and correspondence.
- Process expenses accurately and efficiently.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and colleagues across the business.
- Work collaboratively with the wider Executive Assistant team, providing support and cover when needed.
- Take ownership of ad hoc requests and projects as your experience and confidence develop.
- Anticipate requirements, resolve issues and increasingly take responsibility for how your executives are supported.
About You
You may already be working as a Team Assistant, Junior EA, PA or Administrative Assistant and be ready for greater responsibility, or you could be an exceptionally capable graduate with some relevant office experience who is committed to building a career in Executive Support.
What matters most is your attitude, potential and the standards you set for yourself.
You’ll be:
- Bright, organised and exceptionally detail-focused.
- Proactive and comfortable taking ownership rather than waiting to be asked.
- Confident communicating with people at all levels.
- Able to juggle multiple priorities and stay composed when things change.
- Naturally collaborative and keen to learn from more experienced EAs.
- Professional, polished and discreet.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high expectations.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems.
- Genuinely interested in developing a long-term career as an Executive Assistant.
Previous experience within financial services, investment management or another fast-paced corporate environment would be advantageous, but we're equally interested in potential and aptitude.
What’s on Offer
- £45,000–£50,000 depending on experience.
- Initial temporary appointment with a clear route to permanent.
- Four days per week in the West End office.
- Working hours of 7:30am–5:00pm.
- Direct exposure to senior leadership across the business.
- The opportunity to learn from an established and highly experienced Executive Assistant team.
- CEO-level exposure through holiday cover and additional support.
- Increasing responsibility as your experience develops.
- A genuine opportunity to build a long-term Executive Assistant career within a leading global investment environment.
If you’re ambitious, switched-on and serious about building a career in Executive Support, this is an opportunity to learn in an environment where you’ll be surrounded by experienced EAs, exposed to senior leadership and given the opportunity to take on more as you develop.
