An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and proactive Team PA to support a team of four professionals within a high-performing private equity firm. This is a busy, fast-paced role where attention to detail and the ability to stay two steps ahead are key.
You’ll play a crucial part in keeping the team running smoothly day to day — coordinating ever-changing schedules, managing competing priorities, and acting as a trusted point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. The firm has a collaborative and high-energy culture, and they’re looking for someone who is professional, confident, and thrives in a fast-moving environment.
Key responsibilities:- Complex diary management across multiple time zones
- Scheduling internal and external meetings, calls, and presentations
- Managing last-minute changes and re-prioritising as needed
- Coordinating occasional travel arrangements and logistics
- Preparing meeting documents and agendas
- Acting as gatekeeper and first point of contact for the team
- Supporting with expenses, database updates, and general team admin
- Providing cover and support across the wider support function as needed
- Proven experience in a fast-paced PA or team support role, ideally within private equity, investment banking, or professional services
- Confident managing multiple diaries and changing priorities
- Calm, solutions-focused, and able to pre-empt the needs of busy professionals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Available immediately and happy to be based in the office full-time
