Eden Public Relations is looking for an experienced and ambitious communications professional to join our senior team. You’ll lead on a portfolio of B2B clients, shaping strategies that deliver genuine impact. A natural storyteller with a sharp editorial eye, you’ll oversee the creation of compelling content across channels and ensure every piece reflects the client’s voice and objectives.

You’ll be responsible for developing strong media relationships, spotting opportunities, and securing high-value coverage. Confidence in pitching, selling in stories, and crafting compelling angles is essential.

The role also involves guiding and supporting the wider team—providing direction, nurturing talent, and championing best practice.

This is an opportunity to contribute to the agency’s strategic direction and play a meaningful part in senior leadership.

What we’re looking for

• A minimum of five years’ experience in a PR agency environment
• A strong B2B background , with proven success running multi-channel campaigns
• Expertise in media relationship building , pitching, and selling in stories
• Excellent writing skills and a passion for producing high-quality content
• Experience managing and developing a team
• Ambition and drive, with a desire to take an active role within the senior team
• Social and digital content expertise , including:
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and digital-first communications
• Experience with content planning, paid and organic social strategies, and audience targeting
• Understanding of what drives B2B recruitment, lead generation, and brand awareness campaigns
• Sector knowledge and intelligence , bringing insight into complex B2B environments such as insurtech, risk management, trade tariffs, and customs to shape both media outreach and content
