HNW / UHNW Recruitment | Warm Desk | OTE £80k–£100k+

Are you a high-performing recruiter who thrives on building relationships and delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates? We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Private Staff, Household & Family Office division, working with HNW and UHNW clients and outstanding private household professionals.

The Role

  • Manage a warm, established desk, with high-quality clients and candidates already in place.
  • Focus on managing end-to-end recruitment for private household and private staff roles.
  • Build long-term client relationships and provide a truly consultative service.
  • Consistently convert opportunities into successful placements (target: 1–2 placements per month).
  • Deliver excellent account management and aftercare to both clients and candidates.
  • Hybrid working is available for consistently target-achieving individuals.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years’ recruitment experience (private staff, rec-to-rec, hospitality, luxury, or high-touch professional services preferred).
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding targets and KPIs.
  • A genuinely self-motivated individual with strong work ethic and resilience.
  • Strong account management skills and exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and follow-through.
  • Someone who takes ownership, thinks commercially, and can work autonomously as well as part of a close-knit team.
