As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Recruitment Consultant with exceptional emotional intelligence — someone who thrives in a relationship-led environment and takes pride in matching outstanding people with private clients where fit truly matters.
With over 25 years' experience, Eden places nannies, maternity nurses, housekeepers, PAs, EAs and senior private staff into private households and family offices worldwide. The Role
This is a hands-on, relationship-driven recruitment role where emotional intelligence is central to success. You will:
- Own and manage desk covering both permanent and temporary placements within the private household and family office space
- Build deep, trust-based relationships with clients and candidates
- Take detailed, nuanced job briefs, understanding not just requirements but household dynamics and unspoken expectations
- Conduct empathetic, structured interviews that explore values, motivations and interpersonal style as well as experience
- Guide both clients and candidates through the full recruitment journey with clarity, sensitivity and professionalism
- Work closely with a small, supportive team, sharing insight and contributing positively to Eden's culture

About You
You may come from recruitment or a highly relationship-driven background such as private service, luxury hospitality, client services or UHNW environments. You are likely to be:

- A clear, thoughtful communicator, both written and verbal
- Discreet, trustworthy and comfortable handling confidential information
