We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Private Staff and Family Office division. This role is ideal for a high-performing recruiter who is confident building strong client relationships, providing exceptional client support, and delivering a consultative, high-service recruitment experience. You will work with HNW and UHNW clients, managing a warm desk and placing high-calibre professionals into private staff, household, and family office roles.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for private staff, household, and family office roles
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HNW and UHNW clients
  • Provide exceptional client and candidate support throughout the recruitment process
  • Take detailed briefs, manage expectations, and deliver a consultative service
  • Convert opportunities into successful placements, with a target of 1–2 placements per month
  • Deliver strong aftercare and account management to support long-term relationships

  • Minimum 3 years’ recruitment experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong client management and relationship-building skills
