We are seeking a passionate and commercially minded Product Manager to join our London team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong interest in beauty and a consumer-centric approach to manage multiple projects. This is a hybrid position: 3 days per week at the office (West London, easily accessible via the Central Line).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end new product development (NPD) process β€” from ideation through to final approval.
  • Establish and manage NPD project timelines, ensuring delivery in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate effectively across all functions, working internally with marketing, sales, and operations teams, and externally with manufacturers and creative agencies.
  • Oversee various administrative tasks around production:
  • Artwork checks and approvals
  • Regulatory compliance: organize and maintain all documentation, coordinate market registrations, product notifications (e.g., CPNP), and EAN code creation.
  • Drive commercially successful product ranges, ensuring alignment with market trends and consumer insights.
  • Conduct monthly competitor analysis to inform product strategy and innovation.
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations internally and externally; strong skills in PowerPoint and Canva required.
  • Support the creation and development of packshots.
  • Work on briefs and feedback for product development after internal alignment and discussion.
  • Support the relationship with license partners, ensuring alignment and effective communication.

  • About You:

    • Strong project management skills with proven experience delivering NPD in the beauty, fragrance, or consumer goods industries.
    • Excellent team leadership and stakeholder management abilities.

    • Proficient in PowerPoint and Canva, with excellent presentation skills.
    • Comfortable thriving in a dynamic, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.
