Responsibilities:
- Convert warm digital enquiries into successful vehicle lease deals, no cold calling required.
- Quickly establish rapport with customers via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Understand each customer’s unique needs, match them to our best leasing options and guide them through the journey from enquiry to delivery.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the latest offers, vehicle specs, and funding solutions to confidently recommend the right package every time.
- Manage customer orders through to completion, working closely with our in‑house admin and logistics teams to ensure smooth handovers.
- Build long‑lasting relationships, creating repeat and referral opportunities through top‑tier service.
