We are seeking a hard working and reliable Central Leasing Sales Administrator to join the team at our Eden Swindon dealership.

Successful candidates will demonstrate

• Previous experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
• Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to confidentiality.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to support the lease team.

Your role as a Contract Hire Sales Administrator will see you working for our busy Eden Lease Team. Duties will include;

• Perform general office and administrative duties to support daily operations in the Lease Team.
• Complete customer finance applications and pay out from start to finish, including customer, finance house and internal communication.
• Monitor and respond to email and phone queries.
• Assist in vehicle sourcing for the lease sales team.
• Follow through vehicle orders, including arranging handover or delivery services by our sales teams.
• Updating of our advertising portals with new offers.
