Responsibilities
You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional, brand-led customer experience whilst maximising vehicle sales, profitability and finance performance within the Leap Motor franchise. The role combines high-level product expertise and customer engagement with strong commercial awareness, supporting the Sales Manager in driving departmental performance and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and manufacturer standards, whilst achieving monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
