Full‑time position within Eden’s busy, multi‑franchise dealership in Torbay. The role supports the Aftersales Manager in ensuring the daily operation of service and parts departments runs smoothly, maintaining operational efficiency, profitability and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily invoicing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor and drive EVHC (Electronic Vehicle Health Check) upsell performance.
- Support the team in maximizing service and parts revenue opportunities.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by monitoring feedback, resolving escalated issues and ensuring service processes meet manufacturer and company standards.
- Work closely with aftersales advisors, technicians and parts teams to ensure workflow efficiency and compliance with manufacturer requirements.
- Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) in a fast‑paced environment.
