Responsibilities
- Providing the sales team with positive and dynamic leadership.
- Motivating and inspiring them to achieve sales targets while maintaining the highest level of customer care.
- Planning, organising and executing effective retail sales and marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven track record within the motor trade as a hands‑on Sales Manager.
- Effective retail sales and marketing skills, with expertise in planning, organising and superb communication skills.
- Experience in driving and developing business and increasing sales performance.
