Aftersales Advisor at Eden Banbury

We are looking for an Aftersales Advisor to join our team at Eden Banbury. You should possess excellent customer service skills, be presentable, professional, reliable, and a dedicated team player. Motor trade experience or retail customer service experience would be advantageous but is not essential. You will assist incoming customers on a daily basis as well as talking to prospective customers. As you will be working as part of a team, good communication skills and IT skills are essential as well as being able to work on your own initiative as and when required, and the ability to prioritise your own workload.

Responsibilities

Assist incoming customers on a daily basis, engage prospective customers, use IT tools to provide service, work independently and prioritise workload, uphold communication standards.

Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills, professional appearance, reliability, team player, experience in motor trade or retail customer service a plus, good communication and IT skills, self‑motivated.
