The Role:
Analysts will be able to:
- work alongside consultants from leading strategy firms (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) and industry experts
- build a strong consulting toolkit through structured training, on-the-job learning, and peer knowledge-sharing
- gain broad exposure across sectors and strategic topics — no two projects look the same
- receive dedicated mentoring to support your professional and personal development
- have opportunities to contribute to the firm’s pro bono, sustainability, and other internal initiatives
Who We Are Looking For:
Ideally, you:
- are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (excluding MBA, due to the nature of the training programme)
- enjoy problem solving and analysing data
- are a strong communicator with a collaborative style
- are curious about how organisations operate and make decisions
- have working rights for the UK / are a UK citizen
