Our dynamic Analyst Programme provides the opportunity to work on client and internal projects from day one, supported by top-tier independent consultants, and an in-house team that values curiosity, teamwork, and creating meaningful impact.

The Role:

Analysts will be able to:

  • work alongside consultants from leading strategy firms (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) and industry experts
  • build a strong consulting toolkit through structured training, on-the-job learning, and peer knowledge-sharing
  • gain broad exposure across sectors and strategic topics — no two projects look the same
  • receive dedicated mentoring to support your professional and personal development
  • have opportunities to contribute to the firm’s pro bono, sustainability, and other internal initiatives

Who We Are Looking For:

Ideally, you:

  • are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (excluding MBA, due to the nature of the training programme)
  • enjoy problem solving and analysing data
  • are a strong communicator with a collaborative style
  • are curious about how organisations operate and make decisions
  • have working rights for the UK / are a UK citizen
