We are looking for an organised and proactive Operations Manager to help manage customer orders from enquiry through to delivery and after-sales support.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email and WhatsApp
- Follow up leads and assist with sales
- Manage customer orders and schedules
- Coordinate deliveries and installations
- Work with suppliers and transport partners
- Handle customer service and warranty enquiries
- Keep CRM records updated
- Help improve customer experience and internal processes
