We are inviting university students and recent graduates to join our early talent register for upcoming Placement and Graduate opportunities across Eden Hotel Collection. While we do not operate a fixed graduate scheme, we offer:
- 6+ month operational placements throughout the year
- Bespoke graduate opportunities tailored to individual strengths and ambitions

What to Expect
If your profile matches an upcoming opportunity, we’ll invite you to an initial exploratory video call to discuss your experience, interests and potential pathways within the collection. Following a successful conversation, you may be invited to visit one of our hotels or complete a short trial shift to experience the environment first-hand. Successful candidates typically receive feedback within two weeks of interview.
