Launch Your Career in Luxury Hospitality
Are you ready to begin a career that’s fast‑paced, rewarding, and full of opportunity? Whether you dream of becoming a hotel manager, a guest experience leader, or a master of events and service, our General Hospitality Apprenticeship is the ideal way to start your journey. Eden Hotel Collection – Winners of Springboard’s Best Employer and Top 30 Best Places to Work – are offering an opportunity to build a career with one of the UK’s most prestigious boutique hotel groups. Our 5 privately‑owned luxury hotels are located across the Midlands (Mallory Court Hotel & Spa, The Greenway Hotel & Spa, The Arden Hotel and Brockencote Hall Hotel) and Bovey Castle (Dartmoor National Park, Devon).
What Makes This Different?
This Level 2 Hospitality Apprenticeship, delivered in partnership with HIT Training, offers more than just a qualification. You’ll become a valued member of the Eden team from day one, earning while you learn, and rotating through core departments to discover your strengths and passion. Instead of attending college weekly, your dedicated HIT trainer will visit your hotel to deliver bespoke, hands‑on training and one‑to‑one support - all while you gain real‑world experience in an award‑winning hospitality setting.
What You’ll Be Doing?
- Begin by mastering food and beverage service - the heart of guest interaction.
- Rotate through departments including reception, housekeeping, and guest services.
- Gain confidence, transferable skills, and industry knowledge that lays the foundation for a successful hospitality career.
- Learn from experienced professionals in beautiful, dynamic hotel environments where no two days are the same.
What We’re Looking For?
You don’t need previous experience – just a great attitude and a passion for hospitality. To thrive in this role, you’ll need to:
- Be enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Communicate well and enjoy working as part of a team.
- Bring energy, curiosity, and a “can‑do” mindset to every shift.
- Be comfortable working weekends – our hotels are at their best when they’re buzzing.
Our hotels are busiest on Friday - Sunday, and so you should be prepared to work regular weekends.
What’s in it for you?
- A minimum of 30 hours per week (across 5 days, including training).
- The chance to discover which area of hospitality best suits you – and pursue it.
- At Eden, we don’t just teach the skills – we mentor talent, reward ambition, and create future spa leaders.
- Generous Time Off: 31 days of leave, increasing to 33 with service.
- Monthly Tips: Fairly shared service charge/gratuities, all paid on second pay date in the month.
