We are looking for a talented and commercially minded Interior Designer to join our Group Property team and help shape environments across both the Rigby Group business and Eden Hotel Collection. This is a varied and high-impact role with the opportunity to influence flagship office environments, including our London office, alongside refurbishment and enhancement projects across our luxury hotel portfolio. What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and supporting high-end office fit-out and workplace projects across the wider Rigby Group portfolio.
- Supporting refurbishment and enhancement projects across Eden Hotel Collection properties, ensuring alignment with brand standards and guest experience expectations.
- Managing projects from concept through to completion, including design development, procurement, and on-site delivery.
- Creating inspiring interior concepts, layouts, and detailed design packages.
- Collaborating closely with senior stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and suppliers across multiple businesses within the group.
- Producing drawings, specifications, presentations, and mood boards.
- Presenting design concepts and project updates confidently to senior leadership.
- Balancing creativity with commercial awareness to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to an exceptional standard.
- Managing multiple projects across different locations, ensuring a consistent and premium finish throughout.
- Experience selecting and specifying FF&E, finishes, and materials.
What You'll Need
- Proven experience as an Interior Designer within a design practice or commercial environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing high-end office fit-out and/or luxury hospitality projects.
- Experience managing projects end-to-end, from initial brief through to completion on site.
- Confidence presenting ideas and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project delivery.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A strong eye for detail, materials, finishes, lighting, and spatial planning.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Software & Technical Skills
- You’ll be proficient in two or more of the following:
- AutoCAD for technical drawing production.
- Revit for BIM and coordinated design.
- Enscape for 3D walkthroughs and real-time visualisation.
- V-Ray for high-quality rendering and presentation imagery.
- Adobe Creative Suite for digital editing, presentations, and mood boards.
