We are seeking passionate, driven individuals ready tolaunch their careers within the elite world of boutique spa hospitality.Whether you are completing (or have completed) a Level 2 Beauty Therapy course,or have undertaken a Level 2 apprenticeship and are now ready to elevate yourskills, this is a unique route into the luxury wellness industry.

A Truly Bespoke Apprenticeship Experience

This is not your typical apprenticeship. Our award-winningSpa Academy combines a Level 3 qualification in Beauty, Wellbeing &Holistic Therapy with hands-on training in some of the country’s finest hotelspas, in partnership with Cedars Health & Beauty Centre.

Earn while you learn – Full-time employment with realresponsibility and progression.

Premium learning format – Monthly 3-day training blocks (notday release), delivered at our hotels or training centre in Gloucester (traveland accommodation provided).

Elite product training – Learn advanced treatments usingworld-class brands like TEMPLESPA and JESSICA, through exclusive EdenMasterclasses.

Early treatment delivery – Uniquely, you’ll begin deliveringadvanced treatments before completing your qualification – a rare andinvaluable advantage.

From perfecting reception and guest experience toprogressing through luxury facials, massage, and holistic body therapies,you\’ll graduate fully prepared to thrive in a five-star spa environment.

What We’re Looking For

To be considered for this incredible opportunity, you willneed:

· A Level 2 qualification in Beauty Therapy (orclose to completion).

· Be prepared to apply yourself to the Level 3qualification and studies and work hard in recognition of this amazingopportunity;

· A passion to provide holistic and beautytherapies according to a five star spa service standard;

· Exceptional grooming standards;

· It goes without saying that a positive ‘can do’attitude is essential, along with a good sense of humour, team spirit, as wellas a real and evident passion for both the industry and for Elan Spas.

Your Journey with Us

Work a minimum of 30 hours per week (including yourtraining), starting during the summer months initially before starting yourapprenticeship in September 2025.

Our spa operations run Monday–Sunday; flexibility isessential, weekends are our busiest time so you can expect to work mostweekends. Weekend’s off are generally once per month, fairly distributed withinthe team.

Be part of an academy with a proven track record – nowwelcoming our 6th intake of apprentices, many of whom have gone on to progressinto Level 4 and senior roles within the collection.
