What We Offer:

What you’ll be doing?
As a Linen Porter, you will play an important role in ensuring our hotel has a consistent supply of clean linen and that used linen is collected and moved efficiently around the hotel. The role involves regular lifting, carrying and moving of linen throughout the hotel. You will handle both clean and used linen, move linen bags and laundry between different areas of the hotel, and assist with moving and positioning cots and other housekeeping equipment as required. You will work closely with the Housekeeping team to ensure bedrooms and other areas of the hotel have the linen and equipment they need to maintain our high standards. Due to the nature of the role, you will need to be comfortable undertaking regular physical activities, including lifting, carrying, pushing and moving linen and housekeeping equipment safely around the hotel.

- To be committed to deliver exceptional cleanliness within hotel bedrooms and public areas.
- You may be interacting with our guests so a welcoming smile is essential as is conversational English.
- Being a Linen Porter is hard but rewarding work, and will require a level of fitness in order to complete this vital role.
- Previous experience within a similar role would be desirable, although full training will be provided in the use of chemicals, cleanliness and equipment.
- You will be a good team player with an enthusiastic approach to exceeding guests’ expectations.
