What you’ll be doing?
As Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our on property maintenance team, ensuring the maintenance of the hotel and outdoor areas, whilst ensuring safe, efficient and cost effective use of staff resources.
You will liaise with contractors and assist the Group Maintenance Manager with health and safety, ensuring all company, statutory and legal regulatory requirements are met at all times.
What you’ll need?
The ideal candidate will have previous Facilities/Maintenance experience gained in a front facing customer environment (ideally hotels) as well as having a specialist trade yourself in electrical, plumbing, carpenter or construction.
You will have practical working knowledge of all aspects of maintenance, health and safety and fire regulations. You will be a very hands-on person, self-motivated, with a very proactive approach.
Most important is the ability to manage a multi task list through effective delegation and follow through to ensure that maintenance tasks are dealt with as quickly as possible and to high standards, as well as maintaining the PPM for the property.
