What you’ll be doing?
- Gain hands-on exposure in key operational areas, with options that include:
- Rotational roles across departments such as Food & Beverage and Front Office – ideal for those seeking a broad base of experience.
- Direct entry into a supervisory position within a specific department (based on experience and fit).
What you’ll need?
- To hold a degree in Hospitality Management, Travel & Tourism, or a related discipline.
- Have completed a 26–48 week placement or internship as part of your studies or have significant operational experience gained during your studies.
- Have relevant experience working in a UK-based hotel or hospitality environment.
- Be passionate about delivering five-star service and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, a team-focused mindset, and a proactive approach.
- Show a commitment to building a lasting career in the luxury hospitality industry.
- Live in accommodation is not available so candidates will be expected to find their own living arrangements.
What to expect?
- Full-time role, working a minimum of 40 hours per week across 5 days, shift patterns include early starts from 6am and late finishes. Weekend working is standard, particularly Friday–Sunday as it’s our busiest period.
