What Makes This Different?

This Level 2 Hospitality Apprenticeship, delivered in partnership with HIT Training, offers more than just a qualification. You’ll become a valued member of the Eden team from day one, earning while you learn, and rotating through core departments to discover your strengths and passion.

Instead of attending college weekly, your dedicated HIT trainer will visit your hotel to deliver bespoke, hands-on training and one-to-one support — all while you gain real-world experience in an award-winning hospitality setting.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Begin by mastering food and beverage service — the heart of guest interaction.
  • Rotate through departments including reception, housekeeping, and guest services.
  • Gain confidence, transferable skills, and industry knowledge that lays the foundation for a successful hospitality career.
  • Learn from experienced professionals in beautiful, dynamic hotel environments where no two days are the same.

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need previous experience — just a great attitude and a passion for hospitality. To thrive in this role, you’ll need to:

  • Be enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Communicate well and enjoy working as part of a team.
  • Bring energy, curiosity, and a “can-do” mindset to every shift.
  • Be comfortable working weekends — our hotels are at their best when they’re buzzing.

What’s in it for you?

  • A minimum of 30 hours per week (across 5 days, including training).
  • The chance to discover which area of hospitality best suits you — and pursue it.
  • At Eden, we don’t just teach the skills — we mentor talent, reward ambition, and create future spa leaders.
  • Generous Time Off: 31 days of leave, increasing to 33 with service.
  • Monthly Tips: Fairly shared service charge/gratuities, all paid on second paydate in the month.
  • Discounts & Perks: Exclusive savings at 800+ retailers, gyms, restaurants, days out, and utilities.
  • Wellbeing Centre: Access to Hello Fresh recipes, fitness videos, and financial planning tools.
  • Health & Wellness Plans: Dental, vision, alternative care, and 24/7 GP access.
  • Sustainable Commuting: Cycle-to-Work and Electric Vehicle Leasing options.
  • Exclusive EHC Perks: Discounted stays, spa treatments, golf, and leisure at our properties.
  • The Happy Hub: Our reward and recognition platform where you can send peer-to-peer cards, earn monetary rewards, be celebrated as Employee of the Month, and receive long-service vouchers.
  • Genuine Wellbeing Support: We’re here to support your financial, mental, and physical wellbeing both via our supportive teams and Hospitality Action.
