Recently graduated with a degree in Hospitality Management or Travel & Tourism? Commencing from Summer 2026, our graduate opportunities offer a structured and supportive pathway into the world of high‑end hospitality – ideal for individuals looking to refine their career direction or build a foundation for future leadership.

What you’ll be doing?

Whether you have a clear ambition or are still exploring which department suits you best, our graduate placements are tailored to your goals and experience. You’ll gain hands‑on exposure in key operational areas, with options that include:

  • Rotational roles across departments such as Food & Beverage and Front Office – ideal for those seeking a broad base of experience
  • Direct entry into a supervisory position within a specific department (based on experience and fit)

You’ll work closely with departmental leaders, gradually taking on more responsibility and making a meaningful contribution to guest experiences while developing your own management skills.

In addition, you’ll get to be part of our tailored development sessions led by our in‑house Learning & Development team and Senior Leadership – including sessions on Financial Management, Revenue, Recruitment & Selection, and Motivating Others. These will support your personal and professional growth as you progress within the collection.

What you’ll need?

  • To hold a degree in Hospitality Management, Travel & Tourism, or a related discipline
  • Have completed a 26–48 week placement or internship as part of your studies or have significant operational experience gained during your studies
  • Have relevant experience working in a UK‑based hotel or hospitality environment
  • Be passionate about delivering five‑star service and creating memorable guest experiences
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, a team‑focused mindset, and a proactive approach
  • Show a commitment to building a lasting career in the luxury hospitality industry
  • Live in accommodation is not available so candidates will be expected to find their own living arrangements

What to expect?

Full‑time role, working a minimum of 40 hours per week across 5 days, shift patterns include early starts from 6am and late finishes. Weekend working is standard, particularly Friday–Sunday as it’s our busiest period.
