Responsibilities:
- As Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for the production of our lunch, afternoon tea and dinner pastry/desserts offering, using your skill set to demonstrate innovation and respond to current food trends.
Qualifications:
- You will already have gained credible experience within a professional food environment; with Professional Cookery qualification to Level 3-4 or proven experience.
- You will have a creative flair and passion for producing amazing desserts and imaginative cakes and pastries.
- Great timekeeping and organisational skills to plan ahead are key.
- Your potential, your commitment, and your ability to work under pressure alongside being an excellent team player, is every bit as important to us as your amazing desserts.
