As a member of our Receptionist team, you will be the first or last person our guests interact with. Your role is to create a warm welcome, manage front‑desk operations, assist with check‑in and check‑out, handle calls, allocate rooms, and prepare guest bills. You’ll collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
Responsibilities
