Overview
As Night Porter, you will be responsible for managing our Reception desk over the nighttime period, taking over from our Reception team and handing back over the following morning.
Responsibilities
- Manage the reception desk overnight and ensure smooth hand‑over to the following morning.
- Act as a guest liaison during the night and provide general hotel security.
- Assist with room set‑ups, luggage handling and serving drinks.
- Maintain accurate room allocations, billing and other operational tasks.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail.
- IT savvy, able to ensure accuracy in room allocation, billing and other key tasks.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Self‑motivated and proactive in keeping busy during the night shift.
- Physically fit and comfortable with lone working.
