As Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for managing a section — preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality Rosette standard food. You will use your passion, innovation and current trends to create new dishes alongside the Head Chef and support/mentor Commis Chefs and Apprentices working alongside you. The successful candidate will be professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to providing Rosette Standard food. You will work well within the team and lead by example to the brigade.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a section and ensure food is prepped and ready for service with great timekeeping and organisational skills.
  • Prepare, cook, and present Rosette standard food to a high standard.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new dishes and stay current with trends.
  • Support and mentor Commis Chefs and Apprentices in the kitchen.

  • Credible experience within a professional food environment.
  • Passion for food and ethically sourced produce, with pride in delivery to the plate.
  • Ability to lead a section and other chefs with strong teamwork and ability to work under pressure.
