As a member of our Receptionist team, you will be the first or last person our guests interact with. Your role is to create a warm welcome, manage front‑desk operations, assist with check‑in and check‑out, handle calls, allocate rooms, and prepare guest bills. You’ll collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide a memorable arrival experience.
- Assist with check‑in and check‑out procedures.
- Answer and route incoming calls.
- Allocate rooms and prepare guest invoices accurately.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Genuine, warm approach with excellent people skills.
- Strong attention to detail and IT savvy, ensuring accurate room allocation, billing and quick issue resolution.
- Good communication skills and proficiency in written and spoken English.
