What you’ll be doing?

As Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for the production of our lunch, afternoon tea and dinner pastry/desserts offering, using your skill set to demonstrate innovation and respond to current food trends.

What you’ll need?

  • The successful candidate for the role of Pastry Chef will be professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to creating amazing desserts and an afternoon tea to get people talking.
  • You will already have gained credible experience within a professional food environment; with Professional Cookery qualification to Level 3-4 or proven experience.
  • You will have a creative flair and passion for producing amazing desserts and imaginative cakes and pastries.
  • Great timekeeping and organisational skills to plan ahead are key.
  • Your potential, your commitment, and your ability to work under pressure alongside being an excellent team player, is every bit as important to us as your amazing desserts.
