Please note: our hotel is in a very remote location and is not accessible by public transport. Live-in accommodation available.

We offer minimum 37.5-hour per week employment contracts, but we understand that everyone’s needs are different. That’s why we’re happy to discuss part-time contracts to fit around your individual schedule.

What We Offer:

  • Every hour worked beyond your contracted hours will either be paid or given back as lieu time.
What you’ll be doing?

As Head Porter, you’ll lead by example as the first friendly face our guests encounter, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth arrival experience. You’ll be responsible for managing our team of resort porters, coordinating luggage assistance, guest escorts, and the upkeep of entrances and public areas to the highest standards. With a strong eye for detail and excellent communication skills, you’ll ensure seamless service across all guest touchpoints - providing information on facilities, assisting with transport or deliveries, and working closely with the reception team to uphold our exceptional standards of hospitality.

The successful candidate for this role will be professional, knowledgeable and dedicated to delivering first-class experiences to guests and hotel residents. You will be highly attentive with strong communication and interpersonal skills and be confident building a relationship with guests and members of the hotel team. You will be friendly and enthusiastic with a drive to enhance quality service and in turn guest satisfaction.
