Restaurant Manager Role

We're now looking for a Restaurant Manager to take the reins of the front‑of‑house team and deliver an unforgettable guest journey in one of the region's most talked‑about restaurants. As Restaurant Manager, you will be the face of The Warwick, working alongside Stuart Deeley and reporting directly to our Hotel Manager. You will take day‑to‑day ownership of the restaurant's service, ensuring guests receive warm, polished, and memorable hospitality at every visit. This role is hands‑on and people‑focused: inspiring your team, ensuring seamless operations, and bringing your own style and flair to a dining experience that has already captured attention across the region. It is also an excellent opportunity for someone ready to step up into their first restaurant management role with support and guidance from our Hotel Manager, provided you bring proven experience in a fine dining setting at a 3‑rosette or Michelin guide restaurant or higher.

Qualifications

  • Leadership experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
  • A solid knowledge of wine, with the ability to make recommendations and pairings suited to guests’ preferences.
  • A natural passion for hospitality and engaging with guests.
  • Excellent organisational skills and a hands‑on approach to service.
