Food & Beverage Supervisor – Mallory Court Hotel
Join our 3AA Rosette restaurant, The Dining Room, at Mallory Court Hotel, Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, as a Food & Beverage Supervisor.
What you’ll be doing?
You will ensure guests’ needs are met before, during and after their meal and/or stay, delivering exceptional customer service at all times. You will uphold the hotel’s reputation for being 100% customer‑focused with a ‘can do’ attitude, a sense of humour, and an eye for detail.
What you’ll need?
The successful candidate will be professional, knowledgeable and dedicated to delivering first‑class experiences to guests and hotel residents. You will be highly attentive, have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be confident building relationships with team members and guests alike. You will have a keen eye for numbers, be driven by a desire to maximise sales and profitability, and possess natural people‑management skills motivated by seeing your team succeed. Experience at a 2‑Rosette level is required, ideally 3‑Rosettes.
