An opportunity has arisen for a Chef De Partie to join The Arden Hotel, our 4AA Silver Star property, in Stratford-Upon-Avon, Warwickshire.
As Chef De Partie you will get to oversee a section of the kitchen and work alongside our Chef Operations Manager to create freshly prepared food that both looks and tastes delicious. Our team firmly believe in using what we have on our doorstep and take great pride and pleasure in using local and seasonal produce to create mouth-watering dishes.
You will assist with dish and menu development, leading by example and encouraging and supporting the junior chefs to contribute ideas and creativity, which in turn will be a great way to advance your career, allowing you to hone your talent and learn diverse cooking styles and techniques that will grow your repertoire.
The successful candidate for this role will have experience working in a quality (minimum) 1 AA Rosette level restaurant, experience in a 2 AA Rosette is preferential. You will have a proven track record in delivering exceptional dishes, taking responsibility for each and every dish served. You will be friendly and enthusiastic with a drive to enhance quality service and in turn guest satisfaction. You will be hands on with a strong willingness to learn from more experienced chefs. You will be passionate about passing on knowledge to junior members of the team, assisting with their development and inspiring them to be the chefs of the future.
