- A UK-based digital tax rebate platform operating via both website and mobile app
- New digital and ecommerce product launches
We are focused on improving execution, systems, and scalable growth.
The Role: This is a senior, hands-on role combining growth, digital execution, and systems ownership. You will be responsible for:
- Driving growth across multiple brands and platforms
- Improving website and app performance
- Managing and developing the in-house marketing team
- Streamlining digital tools, workflows, and reporting (particularly Monday.com)
- Reducing complexity and improving visibility across digital operations
You will work closely with the founder but will be trusted to own delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Growth & Performance
- Own growth strategy across ecommerce, digital platforms, and the TaxPro app
- Improve performance across paid media, SEO, CRO, marketplaces, and app funnels
- Translate commercial goals into clear execution plans
- Track, analyse, and report performance against KPIs
- Websites, Apps & Digital Platforms
- Own performance of: Shopify and WordPress websites, The TaxPro web platform and mobile app
- Improve: Conversion rates, User journeys, Funnel drop-offs, Speed and usability
- Work with developers to prioritise improvements and releases
- Act as the commercial and operational bridge between product, marketing, and development
- Digital Systems & IT (Core Part of the Role)
- Owner of our digital operating system across all businesses
- Restructuring and streamlining Monday.com across the group
- Designing clean, simple boards for: KPIs and targets, team performance, project delivery, product and website roadmaps
- Reducing duplication, noise, and over-engineered workflows
- Ensuring dashboards are useful for real management decisions
- Team Leadership
- Line-manage the in-house marketing and design team
- Set clear objectives, KPIs, and priorities
- Improve output quality, accountability, and focus
- Support development while ensuring performance standards are met
- Agencies & External Partners
- Manage external agencies, developers, and freelancers
- Assess performance and value for money
- Reduce agency reliance where internal or streamlined solutions make sense
- New Projects & Launches
- Support the launch of new websites, apps, and digital products
- Help take concepts from idea β MVP β live
- Ensure launches are structured, measured, and commercially sound
