Eden Hawk Financial Solutions are a Cardiff based Brokerage with over 37 years of experience in the mortgage & protection market, we are looking for an adviser who will work on a self‑employed basis and has a likeminded approach to building their business within our business.
It is likely that you are already a successful Mortgage and Protection adviser but are looking to have more control of your destiny and the support needed to build a meaningful and successful business. At Eden Hawk Financial Solutions we have built a business to help you grow your business:
- We help advisers to build a successful and sustainable business.
- Social media, skills training, personal development, admin support etc.
- We provide tailored support and guidance that you want or need, but are careful not to unnecessarily interfere in the way in which you want to operate.
- There is absolutely no “management” of advisers – just support.
As you might expect, advisers working with us need to be highly compliant, demonstrate ethical behaviour and deliver first‑class advice and service. We provide a team environment despite our advisers working remotely most of the time.

Requirements:
- CeMAP or relevant Mortgage Qualification
- A positive attitude and excellent team communication
- Client‑orientated with high customer service skills and communication
- The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
- Minimum 2 years experience of delivering mortgage & protection advice
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Exceptional organisation skills
- A professional and ethical approach
- A good understanding of compliance and governance.
