We're looking for a dynamic Food & Beverage Supervisor to support the smooth, efficient, and profitable operation of our food and beverage outlets. In this role, you'll play a key part in creating memorable guest experiences while supporting, developing, and motivating a dedicated team. - Leading & Supporting People
- Supporting, coaching, and developing team members to achieve their full potential
- Delivering engaging inductions and ongoing training
- Conducting performance reviews and provide regular feedback
- Ensuring consistently high standards of service and guest care
- Supporting team members in upselling to enhance the guest journey
- Upholding and maintaining SOPs, hygiene, and service standards
- Ensuring compliance with all food safety and health & safety regulations
- Monitoring opening, closing, and billing procedures
- Supporting sustainability initiatives and waste reduction
- Assisting with stock control, inventory management, and cost control
- Supporting the delivery of sales initiatives and promotions
- Monitoring labour and payroll in line with business needs
- Stepping up to lead operations in the absence of senior management
Requirements:
- Have previous experience in a Food & Beverage supervisory role
- Have a passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding service
- Have knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations
- Have the ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
