About the Role
We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and enthusiastic Spa Garden Host to join our team. As the first point of contact within our Spa Garden, you will play a key role in ensuring guests enjoy a relaxing and memorable experience throughout their visit. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for hospitality and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests to the Spa Garden and provide a warm, professional introduction to the facilities
- Ensuring guests are comfortable and have everything they need during their visit
- Serving refreshments and maintain hospitality standards within the Spa Garden area
- Monitoring guest areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards are maintained at all times
- Replenishing towels, robes, water stations, and guest amenities as required
- Assisting with guest enquiries and liaise with spa colleagues to resolve requests promptly
- Supporting the spa team in delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Maintaining knowledge of spa treatments, facilities, and promotions to assist guests effectively
- Following all health, safety, and hygiene procedures
About You
- Have previous experience in hospitality, leisure, spa, or customer service is desirable but not essential
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be friendly, approachable, and professional manner
- Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Have a flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and holidays
- Have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
Additional Information
- Please note this is a fixed term contract to cover the summer months
- Full and part time positions available
- Working 5 out of 7 days per week
- Working hours 0900-1600hrs daily
- £12.71 per hour
