The Role:
We are excited to welcome a friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our Leisure Team as a Pool Attendant. In this role, you will be based in the luxurious pool and thermal spa suite at Eden Hall, where you will play a crucial part in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable and safe experience.

Your responsibilities:
- Monitor the pool and thermal spa areas to ensure the safety of all guests.
- Provide excellent customer service by enhancing our guests’ experience and assisting with any inquiries or needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the pool and spa areas.
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to ensure a safe environment.
- Provide tours of the pool and spa facilities.
- Perform daily inspections which include water testing and plant pool monitoring.
- Provide cover at the gym reception.
Personal Specification:
- Applications considered from Age 18+
- National Pool Lifeguard Qualification or Pool Responder Certificate.
- First Aid Certificate.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and moving equipment.
- Ability to swim proficiently.
- Experience within the hospitality industry.
- Pool plant operation knowledge.
Shift Pattern:
- Hours of work:16+ Hours per week between 6.30am and 10.30pm and will include a mixture of weekdays and weekends.
- Full flexibility is key as you will be expected to work as and when necessary to meet the needs of the team and the business.
