The Opportunity
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our team and help deliver an outstanding food and beverage experience across our spa's dining outlets. You’ll work closely with the Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, support the team, and ensure every guest receives exceptional service. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your leadership career in a unique and serene hospitality setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in managing daily operations of the food & beverage department across multiple outlets
- Leading and supporting the F&B team to deliver high standards of service and hospitality
- Engaging with guests to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and build positive experiences
- Collaborating with the Kitchen team to ensure seamless front and back-of-house coordination
- Supporting the training and development of team members, fostering a positive workplace culture
- Identifying and implementing improvements to enhance service quality and guest experience
- Managing team rotas and staffing levels based on business needs
- Holding regular team meetings to align on goals, service standards, and performance targets
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and risk management procedures
- Promoting an inclusive and supportive work environment
