The Role
Do you have a passion for impeccable service and exquisite food? As part of our Food and Beverage team you will have a natural way with people, an eye for detail and the drive to maintain and improve standards. It is essential that you have a desire to deliver amazing service and a personality that shines! You will work as part of a fun energetic team creating astounding experiences for our guests.
Role Specification
- Providing efficient, courteous, and professional service at all times, undertaking new or refresher training sessions as required.
- Assisting in the delivery of all aspects of the food and beverage service to our guests, in all areas of the hotel & spa.
- Have the ability to answer guest queries in a polite and helpful manner.
- Have the ability to run a section in any restaurant across the business at any given dining time, including Breakfast, Afternoon Tea, Lunch and Dinner.
- Have the ability to keep front and back of house areas clean, tidy and set up for any function in line with BEOs and to comply with all closedown and setup procedures.
Personal Specification
Essentials- Have previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Have a good understanding of food hygiene and quality standards.
- Have the ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Have experience with large volume covers.
- Have previous food Safety Training.
Additional Information
- Full-Time/Part-Time position, working a minimum of 3 days per week (22.5 – 37 hours per week).
- £12.71 per hour.
- Full flexibility is key as you will be expected to work as and when necessary to meet the needs of the team and the business. This includes breakfast service from 6am.
