# Marketing ExecutiveIn most marketing jobs you spend half your time asking the boss to be filmed. Not here.## Who you'd beYou see a story in a rotten window frame, so when the old unit comes away and there is thirty years of damp behind it and a gap you could post a letter through, your instinct is to get the camera on it rather than tidy it out of shot. You are a self starter, because nobody is going to hand you a content calendar on a Monday morning. You will work out what is worth capturing and go and capture it.You are not precious about polish. A slightly shaky clip of a fitter explaining why he packs a frame the way he does will beat a beautifully graded advert every time, and you already know that. And you are happy on a building site in the rain in October with a camera in your hand, which is not a negotiable part of this one.## What the job isDocument the lot. Before, during and after on every job, so the survey visit, the delivery, the strip out, the install and the handover, then cut it, post it and go and do it again. You will own the social channels and work alongside the agency that runs our paid ads rather than replacing them. You will also build the material that goes out to customers before we ever knock on their door, so that by the time somebody meets us in person they have already seen how we work and had most of their questions answered.## What makes it differentMost marketing people in a small business spend half their life trying to get the owner to take it seriously, asking for budget, asking for access, asking somebody to stand still for ninety seconds and explain what they are doing. You will not have that fight here.Scroll through our competition and you will see why the job matters. The national companies are too corporate to show anything real, and plenty of the smaller ones are quietly embarrassed by the standard of what they install, so almost nobody in this trade shows their work properly. That leaves a wide open goal in a market worth an enormous amount of money, and you would be the one taking the shot. All rolesGet in touch## Come and talk to usTell us which role you are looking at and, more usefully, why.
