What the job involves

Qualifications
- NVQ Level 1 or Level 2, or an equivalent qualification
- Literacy and numeracy to GCSE standard, or experience in a relevant discipline
Experience
- Experience in an administrative or reception role
- Proven experience dealing with people in person or by telephone to a required standard of service
- Extensive experience of delivering outstanding customer service
Skills & knowledge
- Use of IT software packages such as MS Office and databases, applied in a school setting
- Understanding of school processes and systems used to deliver effective customer care
- Excellent organisational skills and specialist technical skills
- Works well as a committed team player
