Job Introduction

If you have the empathy, resilience, and dedication it takes to enrich the lives of the individuals we support, we want to hear from you! If you haven\’t worked in care before, we will provide you with all the support required. When you first join Eden Futures, you will be paid for completing a comprehensive Induction Programme involving face-to-face training, e-learning, and shadowing experienced team members. We will support you in completing your Care Certificate and gaining a Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care or relevant to your role, in partnership with Paragon Skills.
*Roles are paid at an hourly rate of £12.21, approximately £26,720 annually based on a 42-hour week. The salary shown is a per annum equivalent for illustration. The higher rate applies to those aged 23 and over. NLW applies and will be pro-rated based on hours.
This is a Part Time contracted position, with shifts across days, nights, and weekends, offering flexibility to suit your commitments.
Our application process
