We are recruiting Support Workers to join our Supported Living Services, supporting individuals in their own homes and in the community to live as independently as possible.
Responsibilities:
- Support service users to lead a full and active life, respecting their wishes and support plans.
- Ensure safety and safeguard the welfare of service users.
- Provide emotional support with a person-centred approach.
- Assist with social activities, finances, medication, personal care, and healthcare.
- Act as a point of contact for families and social workers.
- Report and record issues related to care and support.
- Comply with health and safety regulations.
