We are recruiting Support Workers to join our Supported Living Services, supporting individuals in their own homes and in the community to live as independently as possible.

Responsibilities:

  1. Support service users to lead a full and active life, respecting their wishes and support plans.
  2. Ensure safety and safeguard the welfare of service users.
  3. Provide emotional support with a person-centred approach.
  4. Assist with social activities, finances, medication, personal care, and healthcare.
  5. Act as a point of contact for families and social workers.
  6. Report and record issues related to care and support.
  7. Comply with health and safety regulations.
