We are Eden Futures, delivering exceptional support services for adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental ill health and complex needs. Our Area Manager role will lead Supported Living Services across Dudley, Stourbridge and Wolverhampton, ensuring responsive, safe and person‑centred care.

Responsibilities

  • Create a positive environment that encourages confidence and development.
  • Continuously review and evaluate services to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify the needs of individuals referred to the services and propose support packages; design and implement all aspects of the commissioned package.
  • Ensure services meet CQC registration requirements.
  • Deliver responsive, effective and safe care and support in a person‑centred manner.
  • Establish good relationships with families, commissioners, advocates and other professionals.
  • Ensure outcomes for those in our services are met and reviewed, recognising personal growth and development.
  • Guide practice within the team, delivering outcomes‑based and person‑centred services.
  • Deliver the outcomes identified in the Quality Governance Strategy and Value Creation Plan where appropriate.
  • Respond to local needs, filling voids within the service timely while supporting individual preferences and wishes.
  • Support colleagues in monitoring and managing KPI data such as employee retention, sickness absence levels and void fill.

Benefits

  • Basic salary of £44,575
  • £3,600 car allowance
  • 25 days holiday (increasing to 30 days with 5 years of service) + birthday off as paid leave
