Responsibilities

  • Support the Specialist Service Manager in leading services effectively.
  • Ensure services are responsive to those we support in a caring and safe environment.
  • Ensure legislative obligations and compliance requirements are met.

Benefits

You will receive 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays. (Non‑contractual benefits include taking your birthday off work, and a £500 bonus for each successful referral to a Support Worker role – unlimited referrals!)
