We are recruiting Specialist Support Workers for our Supported Living services. Support Workers assist individuals in their own homes and in the community, helping them to live as independently as possible.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized support to individuals aged 18 and over with learning disabilities, autism, mental ill‑health and associated complex needs.
  • Assist with daily living activities in home and community settings.
  • Promote independence and well‑being of supported clients.

Pay & Benefits

  • Hourly rate: £13.20 (equivalent annual pay based on a 42‑hour week).
  • Eligibility for a £500 bonus through the refer‑a‑friend scheme (unlimited referrals).
